Every batch is crafted from scratch using artisanal bean-to-bar methods—from roasting and winnowing to stone-milling, tempering, and moulding. By replacing refined white sugar with traditional jaggery and vegetable oils with pure clarified butter (ghee), this chocolate bar provides pure cocoa goodness without hidden additives.
