Every batch is crafted from scratch using traditional bean-to-bar methods—from roasting and winnowing to stone-milling, tempering, and moulding. By replacing refined white sugar with traditional jaggery and hydrogenated oils with pure clarified butter (ghee), this bar delivers pure cocoa and berry goodness without hidden additives.
